With this awesome Prima paper purchased from Vivian, I made this lay out #3 for Beth. I love the bling, the huge flowers, the fruits and animals. Very whimsical. She would have loved this.
For the clouds, I used fine pumice stone and the blue clouds are actually painted on using twinkling waters.
