Life's Lemons

They say that when life hands you lemons, you make lemonade. Human nature has been a big disappointment lately.
So I scrap. Scrap makes me happy.

The first three lay outs are scrap lifted from Master Iris. Thanks for sharing your talents with us, as always.
The third is my lay out for Filstar's summer crop party.
And the fourth lay out is a simple one using Webster's Pages, some 7 gypsies tape, martha stewart stickers, and a Graphic 45 boat.
I feel so much better. Happier.

It's a Good Life

I am truly blessed. I recently won 2nd Runner Up in the Adult's Division. (sounds like Porn, well in my case, make it Pork.) Hahaha.

According to my mom, I won this much kalat! Yehey! This experience wrought havoc with my nerves. I was so tired, My Bunny said that I was snoring that night.
Karen and I were totally panicking. Jeanie, didn't even bother sitting down. We only had an hour to finish the lay-outs.
Tired but happy.
Helen made me Design Team over at Memory Lane.
And my family puts up with my kalat. In the bedroom, both upstairs and downstairs. And in my anteroom.
God Bless this mess, It's a Good life.

a baby chick

I've been missing my niece, ever since we spent the week end at Subic. I found this picture of her in my pile, and I just had to scrap it. I wrecked a tour book to Poland, and used this map as an ephemera. Oh the places you will go, little chick. This is a picture of Mommy Inna with baby Chick at the Hong Kong Terminal 2009.

summer days

I am not one of those people who mourn the end of Summer when June hits. Because it's all in the outlook. Every day can be a fun summer day, if you make it happen.
So here I am scrapping picture's of last year's trip to Boracay. I got the small shells for 19 pesos at National Bookstore. Corinne gave me the huge shell from our trip to Anvaya.

And here's a fun lay out using edge scissors, and a couple of punches. Fun @ home. Riding the Banana boat in the pool. Playing with my doggies. Fun stuff, I do in the house.

Scrap for Beth

Iris' beautiful Artist's tray. Beth was supposed to be part of this class.
Here's Raffy holding up an album with 36 Lay out's we finished in one afternoon. So enough crying, we miss a friend, a mom, a wife, a daughter. From the following pages you will see, how Beth lived her life. And how we, as scrapbookers, celebrate it.

homework

I totally missed Iris' class last May 1. Kasi it was Mom's birthday. She would kill me if I miss out on her VIP day.
It took me half a day to finish these lay outs. I wonder why today of all days, did I decide to make these.

I had fun making these! Joy, fun and Mamita's girls. Sana these is always take home classes like these, where the thinking is already done na for you. All you have to do is cut and paste. (and ink, and distress)
